William John “Jack” Dunsmore, age 78, of Gads Hill, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Sunday November 9, 2014, at LHSC- Victoria Hospital. Born son of the late Dalton and Kathleen (Hurl) Dunsmore. Survived by his best friend and soul mate of 56 years, Mary (Daub) Dunsmore. Also survived by his children and grandchildren; Charlie (Susan) Dunsmore and children Katelyn Dunsmore (Brent), Cody Dunsmore and Zack Dunsmore. Bob (Sharon) Dunsmore and children Andrew Dunsmore, Spencer Dunsmore and Nicholas Dunsmore. Roseann (Allen) Chute and children Taylor Chute and Mackenzie Chute. Cindy (Scott) Roper and children Keegan Roper and Zoe Roper. Jack is survived by his siblings, Tom (Elaine d 2014) Dunsmore, Mary (Ralph) Herman, and Jessie (Doug) Scheurman, along with in-laws Erma Clarke, Roxie Brander and Verna (Aylmer) Joyce. Jack will be remembered by many close friends along with nieces and nephews. Besides his parents Jack was predeceased by his mother and father-in-law Clarence and Hazel Daub and brothers and sisters-in-law. Family and friends may call at the W. G. Young Funeral Home 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Wednesday November 12, 2014 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday November 13, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service.
