Trine passed away peacefully in the arms of her family at Stratford General Hospital Jan 18th 2015. Born September 17, 1929 in Edinburgh Scotland, Trine moved to Stratford as a single mom in 1963 with her two children Andrina and Adam and her 67 year old mother Knudena Wilson. Her move was inspired with the dream of starting a new life for herself and her family and to provide her children with the best possible opportunities in life. Trine was predeceased by her beloved husband Josef Wolf in 1988 and her beloved mother Knudena Wilson in 1995. She is survived by her daughter Andrina Wiltink and (Primo Di Saverio) son Adam Kirkpatrick (Carolyn), Step daughter Sonia Wolf-Colquhoon (Ian) and Step son Peter Wolf.  Grandmother of Adam Wiltink (Char), Nicole DelFrari (Andrew), Christina Steele (David), Kevin Kirkpatrick, Sylvie and Natalie Colquhoon and was Great Grandmother to 5 Great Grandchildren. Immigrating to a foreign country under these circumstances were difficult odds to overcome. She worked three jobs to support her family finding a full time position at the Co-Operators Insurance for whom she worked until 1984. Trine was well known to clients through the Co-Operators running into one at a local restaurant just before Christmas of this year who recognized her and came over to say hello. Trine gave everything back to her mother and her children ensuring there was always food on the table and a roof over our heads. Being a single mom is never an easy task but under the circumstances she faced things that were clearly stacked against her success. But, she persevered with the challenge of making a new life for her family in Canada and she really never looked back. She met Josef Wolf a customer of the Co-Operators whom she married in 1972. Several years later on a vacation they fell in love with the Canadian west and bought a home in Creston BC in 1984. They subsequently moved from Stratford with her mother now 88 years of age whom she cared for. Joe passed away unexpectedly in November 1988 leaving her alone in Creston with her mother to take care of now 92. Trine returned to Stratford in 1989 finding a home at 147 Avon Street and her mother was placed in the care of Spruce Lodge in Stratford until she passed away at the age of 99. With failing health Trine had to sell her home moving into an apartment on Britannia Street in 2006 then eventually to Cedarcroft Retirement Home where she resided until her passing.
