Margaret Yungblut, age 93, of Stratford passed away peacefully at Spruce Lodge on July 17, 2015. Margaret was born in Rostock, June 7, 1922 daughter of the late Henry and Lydia Yungblut. She was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Stratford where she served on the Altar Guild for many years. Margaret was predeceased by her brothers Harry Yungblut (Mildred) and Walter Yungblut (Agnes). She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews Dianne Quast, Jane Shanks (Murray), Mary Yungblut, Linda Yungblut, Bonnie Fischer (Ron), Nancy Meyer (Chuck), Karen Downey (Bill) and Terry Yungblut and their families. Friends and relatives may call at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 115 Cambria Street, Stratford on Tuesday, July 21, from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Rev. Timothy Teuscher will officiate. Interment at Avondale Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation or to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church through the W.G.
