It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we share the sudden loss of Pat Brown, of Stratford, on Monday, May 24, 2021. Pat passed away peacefully with his caring wife and children by his side. Throughout his life, he was a loving and supportive son, brother, uncle, husband, and father. His love for his family, community, and passions always shined through every day of his life. Pat was the son of the late Doris M. and James E. Brown. He is survived by his loving wife Marion, and their three children Erin (Umair Rahman), Robert (Jacqueline Veenendaal) and Cynthia (José Figueroa), whom he lived for and was very proud of. He will be missed terribly by his dear siblings Marilyn (Warren) Cook, Ted (Laurel) Brown, Mary Jane (Mike) Routhier, and Janette Brown. Pat will also be sorely missed by his father-in-law, Frank Whaling, and in-laws Keith, Ron (Mary Kay), Mike (Janet), Pat, and Sharon Whaling (Kevin Harding). He was also predeceased by his mother-in-law Rose Whaling and brother-in- law Brian Whaling. Pat will be lovingly remembered by his many dear nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and neighbours. In keeping with Pat’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 2, at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, with interment to follow at Avondale Cemetery in Stratford.
