Kimberly Alice Selbie, age 48, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, June 3, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.   Born in Oshawa, Ontario, daughter of Wayne and Mary (Hart) Bondi of Stratford. Survived by her loving husband John Selbie. Proud and adoring mother of her two boys Luke and Ben. Kim will be remembered by her brother Adam (Vanessa) Bondi, her mother-in-law and father-in-law Michelle and Jack Alblas and her brother-in-law David (Christine) Selbie along with many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. Kim was a teacher with the Huron Perth Catholic District School Board, teaching at St. Ambrose Elementary School and most recently at St. Joseph Elementary School.  She loved days at the beach, shopping, travel and she especially enjoyed the company of her family and friends.  She was a dedicated and caring teacher, and a generous, warm person who adorned the lives of everyone who knew her.  

Visitation at the W. G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Tuesday, June 8, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Those who wish to attend the visitation must call or email the funeral home to book a time. You must arrive exactly at your time. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Stratford on Wednesday, June 9, at 11 a.m. followed by interment at Avondale Cemetery.
