Marjorie Louise Thomas, age 94, of Goderich and formerly of Stratford passed away peacefully on December 20, 2021. Born in Stratford, August 14, 1927, daughter of the late Albert and Louisa (Harris) Sendall. 

Midge worked at Swift Packing and later Hymans Travel for many years. She and her husband Don enjoyed many years at their trailer in Meneset Park and Shelter Valley. Midge always looked forward to family gatherings, playing cards, crossword puzzles and crafts. 

Beloved wife of the late Donald J. Thomas who predeceased her January 1, 1997. Loving mother of Janice McNamara (Dick) and Paul Thomas (Judy). Grandmother of Jeremy McNamara (Krista), Dan McNamara (Abby), Mike McNamara, Ally Thomas and Jack Thomas. Great grandmother of Brooklyn, Lillian, Miles, Stella, Ryleigh, Ryan and Owen. Sister of Bill Sendall. Also survived by brothers-in-law Ted and Walt Thomas and many nieces and nephews. 

Predeceased by sisters Myrtle Reinhart (Maurice), Florence West (John), sisters-in-law Bernice Sendall, Marion Thomas and brother-in-law Gordon Thomas (Muriel). 

A family graveside service will be held at Avondale Cemetery, Stratford. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Residents Council at Maitland Manor Goderich through the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford. 519.271.7411
