It is with great sadness the family of Nancy Grogan announce her passing at home in Sebringville on Wednesday December 29, 2021.

Born in Detroit, Michigan June 17, 1939 youngest daughter of Walter James & Margaret “Peggy” Veach.

Predeceased by the love of her life and soulmate Dennis Grogan.

Loving and devoted mother to her 3 daughters, Cynthia (John Skotniczny), Marie and Kathleen.

Nancy is survived by sister in law Marilynn Grogan, Stratford; Paul & Della Grogan, London; John & Barb Grogan, Strathroy; Larry & Bonnie Jean Grogan, Grand Bend; Mike & Maureen Grogan, Strathroy; many loving nieces and nephews in Canada and the US.

Predeceased by her parents, brothers Robert, Don, James & sister Millie; father & mother in law Vincent & Kathleen Grogan, brothers in law Jim Grogan, Ray Menard, Butch Bouchard, Gerald Douglas and sisters in law Joan Grogan, Karen Menard and Kathleen Douglas. Niece Kathleen Elizabeth Grogan.

If you knew Nancy you instantly found a friend, she had a beautiful spirit and a very kind heart. Mom loved music, decorating & art and she loved to dance. You could always find mom enjoying a good book, she loved reading. She treasured her family and embraced every moment with them.  Already dearly missed by her grand fur babies Brodie, Blue, Zak and Zoe.  Rest at peace mom, we will feel your spirit with us when we watch the sun sets on Lake Huron.

Many thanks to Dr. Matt MacDonald, Dr. MacIsaac, Dr. Kara, Dr. Dhillon, Dr. Van Oosten and nurses at Stratford General. Also grateful for the nurses from Care Partners who cared for mom most recently.

A private family interment will take place at Sebringville Cemetery at a later date. We hope for a Celebration of Life with family and friends at a later date when safe to do so.
