Raymond “Todd” Schlotzhauer (Slotzy), age 57, of Stratford passed away suddenly at St. Marys General Hospital, Kitchener on December 27, 2021. Todd is survived by his loving spouse Lena; daughter Brooke (Dominic); granddaughter Luxley; siblings Tamara, Troy, Scott Wildgust (Stacey); nieces and nephews Kaitlyn, Sienna, Avery, Danyka and Larissa; special friends Tracy, George, Slick and Wesche. Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Raymond Schlotzhauer and Carol McCann, grandparents Lillian and Patrick McCann, Florence “Nana” and Percy Schlotzhauer. 

Todd was a man who was passionate about cars. He was active in the car business for over 30 years and won many top sales awards for Subaru. Todd loved playing slots at the casino, driving around in his convertible and eating gourmet meals. Todd would do anything for anyone and always do his best to put a smile on everyone’s face. He was a caring, loving, gentle giant who will be greatly missed by many.   

A celebration of Todd’s life will be held at the Army, Navy & Air Force Veterans Hall, 151 Lorne Avenue East, Stratford on Sunday, January 2, 2022 from 2-6 p.m. Those attending must provide proof of double vaccination along with photo ID. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Army Navy  Air Force, Unit #261 or the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #8, through the W.G.
