Rick Harry “RIK E P” Pauli, age 52 of Stratford passed away suddenly at home on May 29, 2022. Born in Stratford, June 3, 1969, Rick was predeceased by the love of his life Leeanne (2013) and his mother Elaine Pauli (2017). 

He is survived by his two sons he was so proud of Jordan and Brayden.; father Roger Pauli (Mariette); companion Carrie; sister Tammy Broughton (Tom); sister-in-law Tammy Coffey (Murray); nieces and nephews Taylor, Nicole, Tyler (Hannah) and Kylie (Callan). Also survived by his father-in-law and mother-in-law Dennis and Barb Gaul and many aunts, uncles, cousin and friends. 

Rick worked for Coca Cola, Roger Pauli Trucking and for the last 23 years with the City of Stratford where he was known for his friendly smile and being the creator of the hockey stick debit machine at the city landfill site.  Rick enjoyed his summers at Happy Hills, riding is Harley with Carrie and friends and was a dedicated Leafs fan, even after many disappointing years. 

A private family service will take place on Thursday, June 2, at 1 p.m. Those who wish may join the livestream below Rick’s obituary on the funeral home website. A celebration of Rick’s life will be held at the Army, Navy and Air Force Veterans Hall, 151 Lorne Avenue East, Stratford on Sunday, June 5, from 12-4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Rick’s memory may be made to a trust fund for Jordan and Brady (cheques payable to Young Memorials), Crohn’s and Colitis Canada or the charity of your choice through the W.G.
